LTM Conservation

LTM Conservation Division was established in 1999 by Steven Laing as a masonry contractor specialising in the conservation and repair of our built heritage. We have a catalogue of prestigious projects completed throughout the UK and our dedicated masonry teams are fully trained to meet our high standards of workmanship and customer service.

LTM Consultancy

LTM Consultancy Division provides professional, independent building conservation advice, specialising in the conservation and repair of traditional masonry buildings. We offer a range of consultancy solutions designed to meet our client’s requirements. Our unique Consultancy Packages offer custodians of traditional masonry buildings a cost-effective inspection service complete with a written schedule of repair work.

LTM Design & Build

LTM Design & Build Division provides a bespoke design and build service, focusing on traditional methods and materials. We can undertake turnkey contracts for clients wanting a 'one-stop shop' for their construction requirements. LTM can also design and undertake projects that require an Eco approach with sustainable methods and materials.

LTM Materials

LTM Materials Division supplies quality traditional building materials for the repair, building and surface coating of traditional masonry structures. We offer a range of materials for the appropriate conservation and repair of our built heritage, specialising in the supply of time honoured mortars that are carefully selected by our craftspeople.

LTM Training

LTM Training Division manages the in-house Building Conservation Trainee (BCT) programme and external training initiatives. This includes delivering the National Progression Award (NPA) in the Conservation of Masonry to site operatives throughout Scotland and continually developing the BCT programme to meet the needs of LTM Group.

LTM Malta

LTM Malta Division is a collaboration of our UK business model strengthened by our Heritage Malta associates. This pioneering and innovative partnership will ensure the conservation and repair of the unique Maltese built heritage, drawing on the expertise of indigenous conservation experts and LTM craftspeople.
