LTM worked on the Barns Tower, Peebles which was awarded a Special Restoration Award.

The Scottish Borders Council Design Award Scheme 2007 was designed to recognise and publicise examples of good building design in the Scottish Borders. There were three separate entry categories: New Build, Conversion, and Sustainable Design.
