LTM were contracted by Bidwells Property Consultants to undertake conservation works to the porch entrance Ionic capitals at Kilcairney House.
Scope of Work

The restoration of the Ionic capitals involved a range of works including: careful removal of previous cementitious repairs and replacement with traditional lime mortars; grouting/injecting of voids to consolidate masonry; 50% stone replacement to volute mouldings; and mortar surface repairs to remaining volutes reinforced with non-ferrous armatures.
