Marischal College
The successful completion of Marischal College demonstrates LTM’s commitment to staff training and development. Steven Harper was LTM’s first apprentice and has gone on to achieve his SPAB fellowship and successfully manage a £2.4M project all within seven years. Steven’s progress clearly highlights LTM’s belief in giving our employees the opportunity to develop their skills through direct experience.
